1. About The UAE Writers Hub
UAE Writers Hub is a UAE-focused publication covering topics such as business, the economy, real estate, development, tourism, hospitality, technology, lifestyle, and perspectives on the UAE.
We publish original editorial content, contributor articles, expert insights, business-related content, and select commercial collaborations.
Our Editorial Policy outlines our standards regarding content, submissions, editorial review, authorship, external links, and publication decisions.
Certain submissions, partnership requests, organizational contributions, or content collaboration proposals may be subject to additional editorial review, publication requirements, or collaboration conditions determined on a case-by-case basis.
2. Editorial Policy and Content Submissions
All submitted content is subject to our Editorial Policy.
We may review, edit, restructure, shorten, update, or modify submitted content to meet our requirements regarding editorial standards, formatting, accuracy, readability, and audience suitability.
We may also reject a submission if it fails to meet our editorial standards, is unsuitable for our audience, contains unsupported claims, is overly promotional, or is otherwise incompatible with UAE Writers Hub.
Publication decisions are made by UAE Writers Hub.
Submitting an article does not automatically guarantee publication.
For our current editorial requirements, please refer to our Editorial Policy.
3. Independent Editorial Contributions
We may consider genuinely independent editorial contributions for publication at no cost, provided they meet our editorial requirements.
Independent contributions must offer genuine value to readers and should not exist primarily for SEO, backlink acquisition, business promotion, advertising, or commercial placement. If a submission is made on behalf of a business, brand, agency, PR firm, marketing company, consultant, or other commercial interest, or if the submission involves commercial links or promotional objectives, it may be classified as a commercial submission.
4. Commercial Publishing and Collaboration
UAE Writers Hub may collaborate with businesses, brands, agencies, PR professionals, consultants, organizations, and other commercial entities.
Commercial publishing opportunities may include:
- Guest posts
- Business Spotlight pages
- Featured business placements
- Founder or executive stories
- Contextual link insertions
- Press releases and company announcements
- Other agreed-upon publishing collaborations
Commercial classification is distinct from editorial quality. A commercially submitted article must still meet our editorial requirements.
A paid agreement does not guarantee automatic acceptance of the content. All content remains subject to editorial review.
5. External Links and Backlinks
External links may be included where they are relevant and appropriate to the content. UAE Writers Hub may reject, modify, or remove links that are:
- Irrelevant to the article
- Excessive
- Misleading
- Primarily promotional
- Inappropriate for our audience
- Related to restricted or unsuitable industries
- Used primarily for SEO or link-building purposes
Where a paid guest post includes links, the number, placement, anchor text, and final inclusion of the links remain subject to editorial review and approval.
A requested link does not automatically guarantee acceptance.
6. Author Names and Attribution
Articles published on UAE Writers Hub should generally be attributed to a named individual.
Names of organizations, companies, agencies, or groups may not be accepted as the sole author name in instances where our publication requirements call for an individual author.
We may request the full name of the person who wrote, contributed, or is responsible for the submitted article prior to publication or when reviewing an existing publication.
Author information may be updated as necessary to maintain accurate editorial records.
7. Publication Fees
Current publication and collaboration fees are communicated directly to contributors and clients based on the type of service requested.
Publication fees may apply to commercial guest posts, link insertions, business features, press releases, and other commercial publishing arrangements.
Fees are subject to change from time to time. The applicable fee is typically confirmed before the publication arrangement proceeds.
Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, stated fees apply to the specific publication service under discussion and do not establish a permanent or recurring rate.
8. Payment Terms
Payment must be made within 24 hours after the article is successfully published or the requested link placement is completed.
Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, the 24-hour payment period commences upon the publication or completion of the requested service.
The contributor or client is responsible for ensuring that payment is completed within the specified timeframe.
9. Late or Unpaid Payments
If payment is not received within the required 24-hour period, UAE Writers Hub may take steps to remove commercial benefits associated with the unpaid publication.
This may include:
- Removing the author’s name from the article
- Removing backlinks
- Removing or modifying promotional wording
- Removing or modifying references to the company, brand, product, or service
- Removing the author’s bio or promotional biography
- Removing other content or elements that provide promotional or commercial benefits to the original contributor or client
- Applying an additional late payment fee
The article itself may remain published as editorial content. However, commercial or promotional elements associated with the unpaid publication arrangement may be removed or modified.
The original publication arrangement may be restored or reviewed upon receipt of the outstanding amount, including any applicable late payment fees.
10. Link Placements and Unpaid Links
For paid link placement arrangements, payment must be made within 24 hours of the successful placement of the requested link.
If payment is not received within that timeframe, the placed link may be removed.
An additional late payment fee may also apply.
UAE Writers Hub is not required to maintain unpaid commercial backlinks or other promotional placements.
11. Content Ownership and Responsibility
Contributors and clients remain responsible for ensuring that the material they submit is original, lawful, accurate, and suitable for publication.
By submitting content, you confirm that you possess the necessary rights and permissions to provide the material to UAE Writers Hub for publication.
